Entry Forms for Zone Four Track and Field Meets

I've added forms that can be printed off for holding your events in school.  Just click and print.

    To make the large task of paper work for the track and field meets easier for  Dianne Nabuurs, please follow the following instructions to submit your entries:

1.    Click on the category you wish to fill out.

2.    At the top of the page click on "edit", then "select all".

3.    Right click on the page and click "copy".

4.    Open your Word Perfect word processor.

5.    Right click on the page, and click on "paste".

6.    Fill in your entries.

7.    Save your file as (morell bantam 07) for example. (this makes it easier for you to recognize which file you are looking for).

8.    Email your entries to dmnabuurs@edu.pe.ca as word perfect files.

This would make their work much easier - Thanks for your cooperation.
