The Legend of Donald MacDougall

The legend of Donald MacDougall started on a blizzardy day at the home of one of Donald's friends.
Donald MacDougall lived in Brackley on the outskirts of the city of Charlottetown. A friend of Donald's dared him to go to the graveyard to where an old man had just been buried. They said the old man had the devil in him. They said Donald had to go to the graveyard and stick a knife into the earth. At first Donald refused to go to the graveyard. Finally, with the knife in his hand, he agreed.
He noticed that the graveyard was behind a section of trees and the only way in was through a dark, spooky, overgrown path to the side. When he got in the graveyard, he noticed the freshly turned ground in the back of the graveyard. The grave was under a dead tree.
When he got to the grave he slipped on a patch of ice and the knife flew in the air and stuck, blade down, in the top of Donald's hood. When Donald tried to get up, the hood pulled. Donald thought he was being pulled down by the old man and he died of fright.
Donald's friends were worried and went looking for him in the morning. They found in the graveyard, dead with a look of terror frozen on his face.
