Farmer John, and His Mad Cows

One clear night Kyle Bell was out with some friends. They were all in his friend's backyard playing Truth or Dare. When it was Kyle's turn he picked dare. Someone dared Kyle to go down the road to Potter's Graveyard and stick a knife in by John Mackinnon's gravestone.
The story is told that John was an old farmer that hated people. When someone stepped foot on his land, he would get his mad cows to chase the person away. If they caught you, John Mackinnon stuck a pitch fork in your stomach.
Kyle gladly accepted the dare. They watched him walk down the road until he disappeared into the fog and out of sight. They all stood there for about ten minutes when they heard a blood-curdling scream. They all ran home without even looking back.
The next day, they all went to the graveyard. There sticking in the ground was the knife right in front of John's grave. Next to it was Kyle lying there with opened eyes, a white face, and a tear in his pants.
It seems Kyle's pants got caught on the knife when he was running back. He thought it was a mad cow, and he died right there of fright. Lying on the other side of John's grave was a pitch fork.
