Before
the grade 8-5 and 8-6 Language Arts students went to the computer
lab to construct their web pages, each student brainstormed and wrote
a draft of a folktale. Then students revised and edited their stories
before writing a final copy. Each student also had to create an
illustration to represent a scene from their story. The digital
camera was used to take some photos of the students hard at work in
the classroom and engaged in the writing process.
