Phillip J. Noel-Baker was born in Great Britain in 1889 and died 1982. He won the Nobel Peace Award in 1959. He devoted his life to politics and International affairs. Phillip was a Member of Parliament, a life long hard worker for International Peace and Co-operation, and he was an author.
