Why Do They Do This??
Why do people treat you
by the colour of your skin,
When they don't even
know who you are deep within
When deep inside we are
all the same,
But the ones who are
different get all the blame
Everyone is different
in their own special way,
But some get picked on
day by day
Why do they do this, I
hear them recall,
No one deserves this, no
one deserves this at all
Why those words? They
are so harsh and strong,
Those words don't need
to be said, they're bad they're wrong
You say it's only one
word but one word can hurt,
It imprints your mind
like a footprint in the dirt
They have nothing to
gain but a whole lot to lose,
While a smile and a hi
here and there is something they could use
They bully nonstop, no
end in sight,
The victims are scared
and they don't want to fight
It has always happened
and we all knew,
So now you have heard
