"Quality Education in a Caring, Disciplined Environment"

Stop Racism

A number of grade 7 students in Ms. Squire’s Language Arts class will be competing the national “Stop Racism” public service video competition. With tremendous support from IMAC, in December the group will be participating in a “Lights, Camera, Action” type instruction workshop to learn how to use professional audio and video equipment and editing software. Thank you to the National Film Board of Canada and Heritage Canada for their continued to Ms. Squire’s classes to engage students in this worthwhile project each year. Together we can make a difference and STOP RACISM!

Students Launch Commercial

Congratulations are extended to Vuk, Dardan, Jose, Steven, Mark, and Ms. Squire on the production and completion of their television commercial entitled "Racism Hurts Friendships", which was screened recently at a pizza party and launch organized by IMAC and held at the Arts Guild.  Thank you to Heritage Canada, the National Film Board, and IMAC for their continued support. Together we can make a difference!
