What is that phrase used by the student council on the PA? “Stay classy Bluefield.”Allyson personifies this statement – an award winning creative writer, an avid reader and key member of SAGL, a person with a social conscience as a member of Free the Children, a talented musician as part of the band for this year’s musical, and a hard working leader on our behalf as yearbook editor, Need we say more?

Artist of the Month - February
 Dan Bevan-Baker



Dan Bevan Baker is the student artist of the month. He plays trumpet in the Grade 11 and 12 concert band and the jazz band. He is a leader in the band and the trumpet section. He also sings in the choir.

Female Athlete of the Month- February
 Charmaine Veitch

Charmaine is a grade 12 student who competes on the power lifting team at Bluefield. Charmaine finished in first place in her category participating in her first competition at Three Oaks in mid-February

  

Male Athlete of the Month - February

Andrew Woodside


Andrew is a grade 12 student who plays on the AAA boys basketball team at Bluefield . He is the team's captain and leader on and off the court. Andrew was also selected as a second team league all star.
