Student of the Month - April
Morgan Wagner

Morgan Wagner is a top academic student in her grade 12 year here at Bluefield. Throughout her three years here, she has been a committed member of the RAP team, and she is involved in many extracurricular activities such as SAGL, Band, and Choir. Morgan is nominated for Student of the Month this month, though, to celebrate her performance in the musical, Fame! Morgan has had a lead role in the past three musicals and we are very proud of the contribution she makes to Bluefield by donating her time and talents to go above and beyond just being a great student!

Artist of the Month - April
 Laura Forrester

 


Laura is an active member of the art club and can be often found in the art room during lunch. She is a gifted drawer, and very creative artist, drawing on her artistic family for ideas and support. Laura has studied pottery and ceramics at the PEI pottery guild since the age of 9, and is an accomplished hand build ceramic artist. She has applied to study fine art at NASCAD next year as well as art history

Male Athlete of the Month- April
 Scott Beamish

Scott Beamish- Scott is a grade 12 student on the Bluefield Badminton team and was a strong competitor at the recent Provincial School Badminton Championships. Scott had many close matches against the top badminton players in the province and his team finished in second place at the provincial tournament.

  

Female Athlete of the Month - April

Emily Broderick


Emily Broderick- Emily is a grade 11 student on the Bluefield Badminton team and was a strong competitor at the recent Provincial School Badminton Championships. She spent a lot of time in practice improving her game and was rewarded as she placed third in Doubles during the tournament.
