Megan is one of our top Grade 11 students. She has top marks. She is writing the story that is going throughout the yearbook, and she is part of SAGL. She mentors other students and is very helpful and kind. She represents what many would consider a top student in every way. Congratulations Megan! . |

Our artist of the month is Sarah Simpson. Sarah is an invaluable member of the school art club, and a gifted artist. Her artwork shows dedication, precision, creativity. She has been a tremendous help as a peer helper in Art class. Her work on the window of the Sherwood Styling Salon can be seen on the school website. Well done Sarah!

Bluefield was represented by 7 female students at the Canada Games. The athletes are: Anne-Marie Smith ( judo) , Perri Wight (gymnastics), Katelyn Gallaway (women's ice hockey), Whitney MacDonald ( squash) , Rebecca Sentner ( biathalon) , Courtney Stewart( women's ice hockey) and Lorena Ellis- who won a Bronze medal in Judo. Congratulations to all our Canada Games athletes! Well done P.E.I. !

Bluefield sent a total of 6 male athletes and one artist to represent P.E.I. at the Canada Games. The athletes are: Jackson Slauenwhite (Alpine Ski), Willem Slauenwhite ( Alpine Ski) , Jeremy Koughan (Wheelchair basketball) , Joel Watts(Wheelchair basketball)and Jeremy Watts. (Wheelchair basketball) and Spencer MacKinnon (biathalon). Lucas Olscamp was an artist representing P.E.I.
