Artist of the Month - May 2011 |
Patrick Jeffrey |
|
Patrick Jeffrey excels in many artistic genres. He is a sophisticated writer, and has been writing a regular column for our school newspaper, The Blueprint since its inception two years ago. He is an accomplished musician, and is a member of the Concert Band and Jazz Band. He is known primarily for his trumpet playing, and his solos have been heard at Remembrance Day assemblies, concerts, and musicals. He also plays ukulele and guitar. He has also been seen in the role of mc on stage at many Bluefield events, and has had a lead role in the past two Bluefield musicals where he has proven not only his dramatic skills, but also his comedic talents. He has demonstrated his passion for the arts in everything he has done here at Bluefield, and we know it will not end here; his dramatic skills extend way beyond the stage!
