Kelly-Lynn Younker

Kellie-Lynn is one of the hardest working, organized students at Bluefield. She is always willing to go the extra mile to get her assignments done to the best of her ability -- and often before they are due! She readily accepts feedback from her teachers and she is always willing to try new strategies and ideas. She balances her school work with involvement in SADD and the Peer Buddies program at Bluefield, a part-time job at Tim Horton's, 4H, and volunteer work at Camp Abegweit. Congratulations Kellie-Lynn!

 

 

 

 

Artist of the Month - November 2011
 Emily Norris



Emily is in grade 11 and plays trombone in the Grade 11&12 Concert Band and the Jazz Ensemble.  She is also a member of the choir.  Emily is the section leader for the trombones in the Senior Band and also has volunteered her time to be section leader for the Grade 10 trombone players.  She was also chosen to be one of 4 trombone players in the Senior High Honors Band. Well done Emily!

 

Female Athlete of the Month November 2011

Sydney Foy

Sydney is a Grade 12  volleyball player, captain, led her team to a provincial tournament Championship. She was also selected a as league All-Star. She was also selected as provincila Tournament MVP for the second straight year. Well done Sydney!
