School Supplies by Grade Level

Grade 4 Supplies
Dear Parents,

Grade 4 Teacher's will be buying school supplies for their students.
Parents are requested to pay $35.00 for these supplies. 
Monies will be collected in September, 2009 for these supplies.

* Cheque should be made out to Eliot River School.

* Please place child's name on all clothing items.

* From time to time your child may need bristol board for projects. 

A school homework agenda will be given to each student in September, at a cost to be determine in September.

Grade 4 Teachers

Grade 5 Supplies
Dear Grade 5 Parents,

In order for students to be properly prepared it is important that they have and are responsible for their own supplies. During the school year the students will be asked to have the following materials:

1-pencil case 
6- large packages of loose-leaf.
1- 500 sheet package of loose leaf - plane white
15- loose-leaf covers - duo tang type
1- package of duo-tang labels  
1- package of pencil crayons
1- package of crayons 
1- packages of markers ( Crayola-Non Scented-wide)
1- metric ruler - 30 cm 
4- 80 pack scribblers (no coils)
4- White erasers
30- pencils 
1- pencil sharpener - (one that is small and holds its own shavings)
3- glue sticks
1- package of construction paper
1- pair of scissors
1- red pen - (for checking)
1- Dictionary  
2- boxes of Kleenex

* These supplies may need to be replenished during the school year.

Grade 5 French Immersion- Extra Items Required (Please include the above list, too)

1-French-English dictionary (not from Dollar store, but a good one either Larousse or Collins Roberts)
1-French only dictionary (not from Dollar store, but a good one either Larousse or Collins Roberts)
1-simple calculator
6-duo-tangs (at least)

* No liquid paper or scented markers, please!

Grade 6 Supplies
Dear Grade 6 Parents,
Following Supplies are needed:

10-Hilroy scribblers 20- 42 page scribblers. no coil scribblers
1- graph scribblers Hilroy (Preferably 200 pgs)
1- 500 sheet package of loose leaf - lined
1- 500 sheet package of loose leaf - plane white
16- Duo-tangs( 4 each of Blue, Yellow, Red, Black)  French Immersion students need 12 Duo-tangs
1- pair of scissors  (small)
2- glue sticks
1- package of Pencil Crayons

*Label your child's supplies may ensure that materials can be identified. Having a container for storing these materials may extend their use.

* Homework Agenda will be purchased at school in September. 
* Price to be determined.
    
* Indoor Shoes (non marking sneakers for Phys. Ed.) and outdoor footwear.

* No liquid paper or scented markers, please!
