As a school community, we will help empower children to be responsible, respectful citizens and to reach their academic potential.

Students Expectations:

Each Student is expected to:

- be prepared for daily school routine

- respect themselves and peers

- respect property belonging to self and others

- move through school respectfully

- display appropriate classroom behavior

- be where he/she belongs

- have required materials

- follow directions

- speak politely

Parents Expectations:

All Parents are expected to:

- have students prepared for learning

- promote good learning habits

- foster student responsibility

- be informed and inform staff of any concerns

Staff Expectations:

All Staff are expected to:

- promote learning

- be a positive role model

- act in a professional and respectful manner

- be involved in the school community

- advocate for the students

- provide activities that foster academics and social skills

- promote positivity, reflection and choices

- foster responsibility

- be informed and inform parents of any concerns

Playground Expectations:

Students are expected to:

- respect peers and self

- use all playground equipment the way it is intended to be used.

- enter and exit all areas using walkways/entrances

- keep hands to themselves

- speak politely

- respect assigned days for grade levels for playground areas

- stay within playground boundaries

- return to class within acceptable time.

Expectation for Dress:

- Students are expected to:

- wear appropriate clothing (appropriate slogans, pictures)

- ensure stomach and shoulders areas are covered appropriately.

Expectations for Bus:

Students are expected to:

- use assigned seat

- be respectful

- remain seated at all times

- speak considerately

- enter and exit bus in orderly fashion

- get off at assigned stop, unless written consent states otherwise

- have written permission from parents with information( full name, class, date) along with which bus being taken or bus stop where students will get off. Must be forwarded to office for consent.
