Englewood’s Healthy Eating Program
will begin offering the Hot Lunch Menu items starting the week of October 8th,
2007. Lunch orders will be going home next week along with a
3-month calendar with the menus for October through December.
* Please note:
This year, we are accepting Coupons only (no cash)
with these orders. Each selection on the menu will cost 1 coupon ($2
value) with the exception of Captain Subs – all subs will cost 2 coupons ($4
value) this year.
Coupon sheets will be available at the
school the first Monday morning of each month starting this Monday,
October 1st . Sheets will be available in 2 sizes: 10 coupons
for $20 or 20 coupons for $40. Cash or cheque made out to “Englewood
Home & School” will be accepted.
For those not wishing to buy coupons in
the 10 or 20 sheet sizes, single coupons will be available at the school at the
cost of $2 each on Wednesdays, starting October 3rd.
As before, orders will be collected on Thursdays. All money collected from this Healthy Eating Program goes toward purchasing food for the lunches and the Vegetable and Fruit snack trays offered to each class every Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
