Englewood School Peaceful School Initiatives (P.S.I.)

We at Englewood school are aware of a growing trend towards serious misbehavior, intimidation, and bullying in our communities, and in our schools. As a result, we have  introduced our Peaceful School Initiatives to help our students act as role models.  This helps us meet our goal of making our school  and community a more safe, secure, and healthy environment.
Students have been a big part of this commitment to make our school a peaceful place.  A group of students came up with the idea of a website to highlight P.S.I. initiatives at our school.  The first thing they wanted was a place that they could go on the web with their peer buddies, and they came up with the puzzle idea (See Peer Buddies/Puzzles.)  As the year goes on, this site will be used to inform and celebrate some of the great things that are happening at Englewood School.  Students acquired the skills needed to continue updating this, and other websites.

*We are very happy to announce that our school has been awarded the Tami Martell Eastern School District’s award for prevention and awareness of violence and verbal abuse for the 2002-2003 school year.*

Thanks for Visiting!
