We have set up a Peer buddy system within our school. Older students taking on leadership roles, and taking care of the younger children in our school.  Providing one more person for our little ones to go to if, and when help is needed. Every student is matched with a ‘Peer Buddy’ (younger students with older students).  They often work together on various theme-related activities, and always sit together during assemblies.
