NOTE: New employees must provide a Criminal Record Check
including the Vulnerable Sector inquiry completed no more than 90 days
prior to beginning their employment with the Eastern School District.
You can contact your local Police department or other organizations that
provide this service to obtain a Criminal Record Check. At the
present time, this process may take up to 12 weeks. Applicants for
positions beginning in September should initiate the process no later
than June.
Substitute employees who reactivate their application annually
will be required to provide an updated Criminal Record Check including
the Vulnerable Sector inquiry every two years.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTS REQUIRED
June 3, 2011 - The Eastern School
District is currently compiling their lists of substitute School Bus
Drivers, Cleaners and Administrative Assistants. These positions offer
opportunities to be an important part of the education system. Further

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL SUBSTITUTE TEACHER, EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANT,
AND YOUTH SERVICE WORKER APPLICANTS: Applications for substitute
teachers, educational assistants, and youth service workers are received
by the Eastern School District throughout the school year, and are
purged annually on June 30.
To reactivate your application you must
contact the Eastern School District, preferably in August.
