Once board policies and regulations have been presented to the School
Board for first reading, the proposed documents are made available to
various interest groups for input. Documents currently in
circulation are presented here for your information. If you wish
to provide input, please forward to
Lois Adams, Manager of Policy
and Planning by the date indicated below. |

The
proposed Board Policy received first reading at the December 14,
2011 School Board Meeting and the new draft Administrative
Regulation was also presented for information at the meeting.
The policy revision will be presented for second reading at the
February 8, 2012 School Board Meeting, at which time the Board will
revise and/or adopt the proposed policy as presented. The new
draft Administrative Regulation will become effective following
adoption of the policy.
Please forward comments on these proposals to Lois Adams (lmadams@edu.pe.ca),
Manager of Policy and Planning, at the District Office by Friday,
January 27, 2012 for consideration by the Policy, Planning and
Development Committee prior to presentation to the Board.
