Services Offered
Property Services coordinates the operation and use of
District facilities. This includes: |
- Custodial and Maintenance Services
- Snow Removal - tendered annually
September/early October
- Grass Cutting - tendered annually in the
spring
- Bulk Purchasing of Cleaning Supplies
- tendered annually in the spring
- School Rentals
- Tenders - District Contracts, Capital Purchases

Major Renovations and Construction - Most major projects are arranged in
cooperation with the PEI Department of Transportation and Public Works.
Tenders are called as needed. Smoking - The use of tobacco products on District
property (buildings and land) is prohibited at all times (Reference:
Regulation ADC-R).
Scent Sensitivities - District facilities strive to be scent
sensitive. Visitors are asked to refrain from the use of scented
products. |
