Schools - Closed


Effective July 1, 2009, eight Eastern School District schools have been closed. They are:	Dundas Consolidated School Eastern Kings Consolidated School Fortune Consolidated School Grand Tracadie Elementary School Rollo Bay Consolidated School St. Peter's Consolidated School St. Teresa's Consolidated School Tracadie Cross Consolidated School

Dundas Consolidated School:
- Grades 1 through 6 students are now attending Cardigan Consolidated School. - Grades 7 and 8 students are now attending Montague Intermediate School.

Eastern Kings Consolidated School:
- Grades 1 through 7 students are now attending Souris Consolidated School. - Grade 8 students are now attending Souris Regional High School.

Fortune Consolidated School:
- All students (grades 1 through 4) are now attending Souris Consolidated School.

Grand Tracadie Elementary School:
- All students (grades 1 through 6) are now attending L. M. Montgomery Elementary School.

Rollo Bay Consolidated School:

- Grades 5 through 7 students are now attending Souris Consolidated School.
- Grade 8 students are now attending Souris Regional High School.

St. Peter's Consolidated School:

- All students (grades 1 through 8) are now attending Morell Consolidated School.

St. Teresa's Consolidated School:

- All students (grades 1 through 8) are now attending Mt. Stewart Consolidated School.

Tracadie Cross Consolidated School:

- All students (grades 1 through 8) are now attending Mt. Stewart Consolidated School.

Souris Consolidated School:
- Grade 8 students are currently attending Souris Regional High School.

Cardigan Consolidated School:
- Grade 7 and 8 students are currently attending Montague Intermediate School.
