Services Offered
The Superintendent of Education is
the Chief Executive Officer of the school district, reporting to the
Board of School Trustees. The Superintendent oversees all areas of
operation within the District, and plays an integral part in formulating
and executing a vision for the provision of quality education in the
District. Areas of responsibility
include: |
- Educational Leadership
- Quality Education and School Development
- Development of Policy to Support District Goals
- Advisor to the Board Chair and School Board Trustees
- Liaison with Educational Partners
- Implemention of the District Strategic Plan
- Coordination of School Board Meetings

The Manager of Policy and Planning provides support services in
the areas of research, policy, reporting, and other projects. This
position also acts in the capacity of FOIPP (Freedom of Information and
Protection of Privacy) Coordinator for the District. |
