School Development Surveys

Here we are providing links to the various survey instruments that are available for use in the 2007-2008 school year.

  • The documents can only be viewed on-line. 

  • You may need to download Adobe Reader to view Adobe files.

  • Print and copy capabilities have been disabled.  The purpose of posting the documents is to allow schools to may make an informed decision on which survey tool they prefer.

All surveys offered in a secure, web-based environment. 

Results are tabulated by the system and are available on-line to certain individuals within the school.

Setup of the system is supported by the ESD.  Contact spcain@edu.pe.ca

 

All surveys offered in a paper-based format.

Results are tabulated by PEI Department of Education staff. 

Consultation with school personnel to explain results can be arranged. Lead time and result preparation time is required and could very upon demand.

Models for delivery of survey to intended audience can be discussed with spcain@edu.pe.ca

 

For Parents - This survey is currently in pilot form.  Vendor is most interested in working with schools that have an e-mail for each family.  Other strategies can be employed to ensure access for all families.
