Some ideas for making your lunch litterless:           

• Make the commitment!
• Pack your lunch in a reusable lunch kit rather than plastic or paper bags.
• Pack sandwiches, salads and snacks in reusable plastic containers
• Pack whole fruits like oranges, apples or bananas; not only are they tasty and healthy but they come in a convenient biodegradable packaging.
• Use a thermos or water bottle for beverages rather than individually packaged drinks.
• Purchase snacks (e.g. crackers & cheese in bulk) and put them in reusable containers rather than purchasing over packaged single serving snacks.
• Use a cloth napkin and reusable cutlery instead of disposable ones.
