Remember when you had to set the table
and you said to yourself this is boring
that was Christmas.
Remember when your family came from far away
you gave them a nice big warm hug
and you felt like saying I really missed you
then you got distracted by your mom
because she asked you to take their coats
and hang them up
that was Christmas.
Remember you smell the chicken
and your mouth was watering
but mom said 10 more minutes
then your little sister said common lets go and play
with our new toys
then your said time for supper oh good
that was Christmas.
you say goodbye to your family and
then you get a chance to say
ill miss you and ill see you next summer or on my
birthday but ill see you next Christmas and
that was Christmas.
