Just click on your symbol to highlight it, then choose the

You can also change the colours of certain symbols/graphics!
Highlight one of the symbols/graphics. If you notice
a colour bar in the bottom tool bar, you can change them.
The existing colours of the symbol appear in the order of
most frequently occurring to least frequently occurring.
To change colours, click on one of the little bars, and choose
a new one. For example, if you used the symbol for,
the colour bar would like like this:.
In a manner of seconds, the graphic can become.
You may also wish to insert your own graphics from your files.
[Hint: It is easier if you have already reduced the size of
your graphic to about 2.5 cm or 1 inch before inserting them.]Select
the symbol you want to replace. Then go to ,and

Your image will replace the existing symbol in your diagram.

In the outline view, this is in the left column, while in
the diagram view, you will need to select a topic in order
to see the arrow.

an AppleWorks document.
All you do is have the document open, and choose the tool
from your menu bar.
Initially you will be prompted to choose a word processor.
Choose AppleWorks. AppleWorks should automatically open with
your Inspiration document -diagram on top, outline below.
You may wish to change the page orientation to accommodate
your diagram[File/Page setup/Landscape]. [NOTE: You can adjust
the size of the graphic as a whole, but individual symbols
must be adjusted in Inspiration prior to transfer.]
Save your new AppleWorks document by giving it a name, and
choosing the type.
default is for RTF file - may wish to change to AppleWorks
Now you can continue to work with your document text.
