The Spreadsheet Environment
The area in which spreadsheets are created and modified is a large page
of columns and rows. Each spreadsheet file, by default, contains 50 rows
across and 400 columns down. To reduce the size of your spreadsheet, click
on Format->Document and then change the number in the rows across box from
50 to however many rows you need, and change the number in the columns down
box to a more manageable number than 400. To see where one page begins in
your spreadsheet begins and another ends, click on Window -> Page View.
