VISIT THE HOMES IN ANY ORDER
1. The home of Andrew and Karin Melzer
1997 Wigmore Rd.-Hwy #2 from K’town turn left onto the Graham’s
Rd. turn right onto Princtetown then onto Wigmore Rd
This is a charming restored "heritage" farmhouse built
in 1880 on a 2.3 acre lot that has been fully landscaped. The
hand-hewn beams in the kitchen ceiling and downstairs bathroom are
from S’side’s first Presbyterian Church. This home has a
beautiful sunroom with an archway opening into the kitchen, a large
formal dining room professionally papered with the finest European
wall paper. A free standing "Jotul" propane fireplace
provides plenty of heat and adds atmosphere.

2. The home of Danae Ingersoll and Tim McHatten-B14 Riverbend

in bath. Granite counter tops in kitchen. Hardwood or ceramic

Gifts 1124 Rattenbury Road, Route 254 North Granville at Lupin
Valley Farms. They are open 11-5 Monday-Sunday until October
15. Door prizes will be on display and winners can pick up their
prizes at the COWSHED.
3. The home of Todd Murphy-#11 Sunnyside Drive, Long
River-Irishtown Rd. to Burlington Rd. Turn right at Wharf Rd. go to
the end to Pinegrove and turn right and go to Sunnyside
Spectacular year round waterview property overlooking the SouWest

4 & 5 The home and Cape Road Cottages of
Albert and Sylvia Suto-527 Cape Rd. French River-Go to French River,

The home of Jason and Victoria King-5153 French River Road-Take
Rte. 20 to French River-property is on the right hand side in
village

shoes in plastic bags that are provided. .

The homes will be open from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Please do not visit any home from 12:00 - 1:00 in the afternoon. The
volunteers need this time as a break.
