In addition to
the UPEI students who participated in our Habitats research through
Knowledge Forum, we had several other schools check out our sites
and email us their responses.

love the Appleworks drawings especially the one by Jordan.

The pictures were lovely and well done for grade 4
students. I especially liked the one done by Hannah. Keep up the good work
grade 4. I still remember doing an Internet project on dinosaurs in grade
2. Learning about habitats last year in grade 4 made me want to keep the
earth cleaner.

How encouraging it is to see collaboration between UPEI and Island
schools. I am sure that a lot of learning took place - on both sides. It
would be interesting to see the growth in the students' writing and
thinking. It was also interesting to see what sources of information the
students thought they could use as well as where they actually found more
information. The Appleworks drawings were well done - colorful and
representative of the habitat.
