Habitats Map

Here's a map we found on the web that shows the different habitats of the world. We found the Internet had lots of information for each of our groups.

The map is colour coded. Here are the colours that represent some of the habitats we researched:
Dark brown - Tundra
Dark green - Forests
Striped - Mountains
Blues - Seas and Oceans
Orange - Deserts
Lighter green - Tropical Rainforests
Note: Because of the scale of this map, the rivers and lakes are not represented.
