 Floor Hockey: Takes place from early February to April.  

Grades 4 - 6 are divided into the NHL and the WNHL,  to promote full participation of both boys and girls.

Grades 7 - 9 are combined into one pool, with co-ed teams.

Teams are selected via a draft, with captains selecting from a list of players.  Captains then select their team name from the NHL selection.  Play is usually in round robin format, followed by play-offs.

This is an exciting event in our intramural program.  On the final day, we usually take the afternoon and have the consolation game followed by the championship.  

Our music teacher begins the final day festivities with O Canada, we have two teachers share their rendition of Hockey Night in Canada at half, and we have a skills competition in between games.
