NEED
A SUMMER JOB?
Service Canada Centres for Youth will be opening on April 30
and will be ready to help students write resumes, prepare for
interviews, and find summer work. The office also provides information
to students about wage rates, labour laws and health and safety
in the workplace. On average, five young workers are injured
every week on Prince Edward Island. Workplace Health and Safety
is everybody's business! For more information email pe-sccy-cscj@servicecanada.gc.ca,
call 1-800-880-7823 or visit your local Service Canada Centre
for Youth.

Pie
the Big Guy!
Mr.
Stonefield graciously accepted not one, but two pies in the
face at the MIS Spirit Rally on December 7. Students and staff
purchased ballots for the opportunity to "pie the big guy"
at the rally and two grade 9 students were lucky enough to win!
Funds raised were donated to the Toys for Tots Campaign.
