EVALUATION

Some courses are of such a nature that they do not lend to the traditional evaluation process. During the first week of class teachers will inform students of evaluation policy that will apply in each course.

1. Projects, essays, skills speech, attitudes, participation, etc., as well as written quizzes will form the basis for evaluation in these courses.

2. Final quizzes at the end of each term will be worth approximately 15% and will cover the term's work. Each semester is broken into two terms for this purpose. Quizzes will be written during the regular examination schedule. The quizzes will be of approximately one hour duration.

3. There will be no major 2 ½ hour examinations written in the gymnasium in these subjects.

4.. There will be continuous evaluation to the end of the scheduled class time.
