Study Tips
Study difficult or boring subjects first while you are fresh.
Be aware of the time of day when you work or study your best.
Use your waiting time effectively. Ten minutes on the bus or 5 minutes in the lunch line add up. Have short study tasks written up to put out to study while waiting.
Use a regular study area. When you use the same place to study day after day, your body and mind become trained. It will help you focus more quickly.
Don't get too comfortable or your mind will wander and your body will want to sleep.
Avoid noise distractions that will interfere with your concentration.
Review class notes each evening to keep fresh and ensure you understand them.
Make summaries of your work so it makes sense to you.
Use old tests as study aids.
Allot study time according to most difficult subjects
Make sure you take breaks in between and get some fresh air or have a snack to keep your mind fresh.
Make sure you get enough sleep to function for your test.
