BREAKFAST PROGRAM

Volunteers will be serving breakfast to students in the Breakfast Room at Prince Street School. The Breakfast Program, which served students from 7:40 a.m. until 8:20 a.m.  Our Coordinator for the Breakfast Program is Rod MacFarlane.

The Breakfast Program is a universal program, and will be offered to all students at no charge. This is possible because of the generous support of our major sponsors, Purity Dairy and Great Canadian Bagel.  We would also like to thank The Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty Inc, Royal Bank, PEI Union of Public Sector Employees, St. Pius X Parish Gr. 6 Catechism Class, Clyde River Baptist Church Women's Missionary Society for their continued support.  All donations are very much appreciated.

We also got a donation for $500.00 from UPSE.  Here is a picture of the cheque presentation:

The breakfast program will operate on school days between 7:40 and 8:20 a.m. When school is delayed or canceled, or on holidays and professional development days, breakfast will not be served at school.

Students who arrive at school between 7:40 and 8:10 will come in through the grade one doors and  go directly into the Breakfast Room for breakfast. Volunteers will stop serving breakfast at 8:20, and students will not be permitted to take food out of the Breakfast Room.

Volunteers are needed for this program.  If you are able to donate jam or Cheese Whiz it would be greatly appreciated. Please contact the school (368-6950) for more information.
