Yes, math can be cool! Don't believe me?? Well,
try out the following problems:

I. Directions

1.
Think
of your age in years
2.
Multiply your age by
2
3.
Add
10
4.
Multiply by
5
5.
Add # of siblings you have
6. Subtract
50
Look at your final answer; the first 2 digits are your age
and the last digit is the number of siblings in your family.
Have someone else try it! Kind of cool.

II. Directions

 Pick a number, any
number
 Multiply this number by
2
 Add 5
 Multiply it by 50
 If you have already had
your birthday this year add
1753. If you haven't, add
1752. (each year these
numbers increase by 1. In
2004, you'd add 1754 if you
already had your bithday and
1753 if you haven't)
 Subtract the 4 digit
year that you were born.
RESULT:
You should now have a number,
the first digit(s) being your
original number and the last two
your age!

III. Directions

1. Grab a calculator. (you won't be able to do this one in
your head)
2. Key in the first three digits of your phone number (NOT the
area code)
3. Multiply by 80
4. Add 1
5. Multiply by 250
6. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number
7. Add the last 4 digits of your phone number again.
8. Subtract 250
9. Divide number by 2
Do you recognize the answer? Pretty cool.

Not convinced these are cool math tricks? Okay, this
one is too cool and
will win you over!!

What, you are not having fun yet?? Wow, tough crowd!! Fine, here are
