You are responsible to research this person and provide a short account of this person’s life and contribution to mathematics. The assignment is to be in essay form, no less than one page typed (double spaced). In your biography you should answer the following questions: 1. Who was your mathematician? When were they born? When did they die? 2. Where were they born? If they moved, where did they go? 3. How or why did they become interested in mathematics? 4. Where were they educated? 5.
