The counseling program at Sherwood Elementary has been established to foster the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical well-being of our students.  The program involves individual and group counseling; assessment; as well as consultation with teachers, parents, and outside agencies.  The counselor is involved in promoting and implementing programs within the classroom which support the above stated goals.

Referrals to the counselor may be made by teachers, parents, or the students themselves.
