I am honored to be the principal of Somerset Elementary School. I have two main goals, one is student safety the other is a commitment to establish community involvement in the school. An African proverb states,"It takes a village to raise a child,'' and I believe this is the model we could follow for our school.

The staff at Somerset is dedicated, not only in following provincial curriculum, but in continuing to pursue personal education goals. This enhances childrens education. The support staff are invaluable to our school, as well. When you enter our school I hope you see smiles and laughter from both students and staff. So keep on smiling!!
