Kelsey Cheverie ... 2nd in the 60 kg class and a provincial record in the deadlift.

 

Rebecca Chapman, Taylor Mooney, and Nelly Leslie ... 1st, 2nd, 3rd in the 67.5 kg class (Rebecca's first competition)

 

Candice McIntosh ... 1st in the 75 kg class and 2 provincial records in the squat and deadlift

 

Samantha Wilson ... 1st in the 90 + kg class (first competition)

 

 

Men's Division

 

Cody Coffin ... 6th in the 75 kg class (first competition)

 

Jay Gallant and Kevin Cameron ... 4th and 8th in the 82.5 kg division (first competition)

 

Kyler Burke ... 3rd in the 90kg class and a provincial record in bench press...Jordan McInnis 4th in the 90 kg class (first competition)

 

Nathan Conway and Graham Leslie ... 1st and 2nd in the 100 kg class

 

 

Overall SRHS finished 2nd in team competition with the second year kids lifting  24 personal bests.

 

Next competition is February 11, 2010 at Three Oaks ... 16 more first year kids to compete for the first time as well as second year kids going for more records.
