Drug & Alcohol Information
  
If you:
- have questions about drugs or alcohol and their effects
- are using drugs or alcohol and would like to talk to someone about it
- have a family member or a friend that is using and you would like to talk about it

Then:
An addiction counselor can help. A counselor can meet with you 
at the school, during school hours, or out in the community
in places like the rink, the mall, or a community centre. 
There is help available.
