6:20 Grads line up
6:30 Special guests with passes in school
6:45 General public in school
7:00 Grand March through Caf and Gym
9:30 Dance begins (DJ- New Generation)
10:30 Doors close
12:00 Dance ends

3 VIP Passes / Grad
Escorts: no pass
Pass = Cafeteria
No pass = Gym

Theme: Midnight Magic   

June 17^th - Interfaith, Banquet, and Safe Grad

10:00 am Grad list posted/ Missing Items List posted/ 10 invitations picked up/ schedule of events will be available at this time
10:30 Rehearsal @ Rink
7:00 Interfaith Service St.Mary’s (Dress: Casual/Dressy)
7:30 Banquet(Meal for 3: Grad +2 Parents/Guardians NO grad dates)
9:00 Approx. Departure for Safe Grad (change of clothes...no kitbags; purses or camera cases will be checked)
3:00- 4:00 am Return  (Rite Bite on your own for breakfast if you wish) 

June 19^th - Graduation

Graduation Ceremony: Eastern Kings Sportsplex (Lieutenant Governor attending)

Dress: Boys: Shirt and tie; Girls: no collar, dress/ skirt under gown

6:15 All Grads and Parents/Guardians in Acorn Room
7:00 Ceremony begins
9:00 Approx. End time: Grad gowns returned to Acorn Room (Guest Speaker: Anne Miller) 

Grad Fee of $40 is payable to Mr. Collings the last week of classes

If your son/daughter did not have a Heckbert’s photo taken then please submit 4 photos and have one of them be their Sears or other Grad photo.
