The last day of school for the year will be on Friday, June 25th and the first day for the students in the fall is September 7th for Grades 1 to 8 and September 9th for new kindergarten students.

Parents are a very important part of the school by participating in the SKC Home and School Association, Lunch Program, classroom volunteering, and many committees. Parents can also participate in the school via the school's website and Home & School Newsletter, as well as by attending evening events.
