Dealing With Emotions
Kindheartedness is an emotion you feel when you are helpful and sensitive to others. Often
people have no one to turn to when they are in need, watching their world get smaller each day because of all the hate they see in the world. "Isn't it better to be mean ?"
is the question that most ask themselves. A majority of people think they are too soft, telling
themselves "I think I should be tougher; I should put up more of a fight. I should know when to
snarl, and know when to sharpen the tooth". Feeling kindhearted is the antidote to this negative
attitude. Being helpful and sensitive to others brings the reward of kindness - a fuzzy, warm
Many acts of kindness are taken for granted, but
most people will never forget these acts. For example, I will never forget those fun times when
a friend invited me to go camping with his family.
