Stress

Feeling stressed can be caused by several things such as losing a best friend or family member, having a hard time at school, home or work, or having someone put a great deal of pressure on you.



Feeling stressed out itself can trigger constant worrying, sadness, anxiety attacks, nervous breakdowns, more aggressiveness with your family and friends, or feeling you are alone with no friends.

To stop feeling stressed out, get plenty of rest, leave an unhealthy friendship, talk to a close friend or family member, or go to counselling with a psychologist. Persistent feelings of stress will cause serious psychological problems in your life if left untreated.
