Building Community
This unit will help students to develop concepts pertaining to understanding of
community as a sense of place, including a focus on various geographic regions and settlements
community as a group of people who share elements of their lives, including people working together, caring for one another, and people celebrating together
communities within communities, where people value and honor their particular customs and traditions while still participating as members of a larger community
