We read lots of books about Christmas, so we picked our favorite ones to review for you. We searched for a picture of our book on the web and put it next to our review.

This book is about a little boy and he gets a Rocking Horse for Christmas and he would only play with that one toy. Then one day he stopped playing with the horse and put him in the attic. The rocking horse was up there for a very very long time then one day when the boy was all grown-up he went to the attic and saw the horse. We also like The Magic Tree house books written by Mary Pope Osborne.

This book is called Merry Christmas Amelia Bedelia.
The author is Peggy Parish and the pictures are by Lynn Sweat. I
like this book because it is funny. I would recommend this book for
grade 2 students.

I like this book because there is magic in it! I like books with magic in them. This book is about a little boy named Joey. One day he tried on his old skates but they didn't fit. So they went to a thrift store. They got a pair of skates. Joey didn't want them. The guy who worked there said they were magic and he can wish three wishes. So he took them home and he wished three wishes and it worked out good. I think it would be good for grade 2 and 3. BY BROOKE
