Jump 2b fit

Skipping is a great aerobic activity. Our students have been using this program called Jump2bFit as part of their phys edu program and they are having lots of fun. It includes footwork skills, partner activities, long rope skills, and double dutch.

TWO FOOT SKILLS

Two Foot Bounce Take off and land on both feet
Jumping Jax Do this just like a regular jumping jax
Scissors Legs alternate forward and back
Slalom Action mimics that of a skier
Bell Jump slightly forward and then back
Twister Lower body twists from side to side
