GrassRoots, together with its provincial partners and sponsors, promotes the development of information technology skills in the classroom. Canada's 1 to 12 teachers are invited to submit their Internet-based classroom projects. Create your own project or participate in one. Use the GrassRoots resources to help you and your students get on the information superhighway!!

Canada funding for the GrassRoots program has not been renewed.
As a result the program was discontinued as of March 31, 2004.
