Welcome to Three Oaks Art Department's 18th - 19th Century Art web site!

This website is a compilation of research completed by the students in the Grade 11 art class during the spring term of '03.  This website contains information on the main art styles of the 1600's - 1800's.

Initially the students were assigned to work in groups of 2-3 students.  Each group was assigned a separate topic.  During the weeks of preparation, the internet was used as students sought information on their topic within 5 main categories:

Activity

With the information, each group completed a presentation to the class, some of which appear in video format here.
